PROTECT YOUR STRENGTH
Support the activities you value with a steady mix of food, movement and recovery. Start where you are and build a routine you can return to.
Muscle supports everyday tasks, from carrying groceries to getting up from a chair. As appetite, weight and age change, maintaining regular movement and adequate nutrition matters. A manageable routine is more useful than an ambitious plan you cannot sustain.
